Delicious Mexican, big drinks and great service!

That place was beautiful and the service was great I will go back with my family next time

After a couple months of isolation I just had to have a margarita and some Mexican food. Quadalajara was the place. Staff are fantastic, just very nice folks. Food is first rate. I can see tables and chairs cleaned immediately when someone leaves, super clean. I was able to get margaritas to go with a free mason jar! (nice touch!) They have a nice outdoor area now too.

So hard to find good mexican food in Longview! This is the first of many mexican restaurants we've tried in town that we absolutely loved! The food was wonderful, as were the drinks. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

Never a bad meal. Everything is always fantastic. Cocktails are outstanding and nobody around can compare to their customer service.

Always a great place for just drinks with friends and a great place for lunch and dinner. the staff are all wonderful. The new reservations look good and the menu has many wonderful choices.

Most Authentic Hispanic Food I Can find and between here and Portland the only ones that can make a Proper AMF. Hands down awesome

Just went there for the first time since the remodel. The place looks great, the atmosphere was clean and fresh. I had the shrimp street tacos, they were absolutely amazing!

Atmosphere was great and menu looked amazing. Great service. But food was terrible and I never say that. For the price food should have been much better. Street tacos were super salty and my bf had the king crab enchiladas, and they tasted like frozen fish sticks. Sadly disappointed, heard great things about the place.

I'm sure the food was great but as someone with a SEVERE peanut allergy who normally doesn't have to ask when it's cheese enchiladas you can imagine my surprise as I ate the lettuce in the corner with a touch of the sauce. My throat started to close. The waitress then had to go ask the cooks if there was peanut oil in anything. JUST THE RED SAUCE. I then was sitting and the waitress was nice enough though a bit dull. The bathroom is very lovely. Rated so low because the don't tell you that there's peanut oil in anything and the staff doesn't know until it's too late. For the sake of people's health please start marking the peanut containing items.

Chicken taquitos 🔥 We’re regulars here, love the atmosphere, the food is always great. Recently our chips with the salsa were a little burnt but I ain’t mad at it. ❤️❤️

The service is really good! The manager is very friendly and goes out of his way to make all feel welcome. The reason I give it only 3 stars is the food isn't very good. I can make better at home.

Food was really bland and uninspiring. I had high hopes for this place since it’s supposed to be their flagship, but the food is better in their Vancouver locations. Would be 1 star but the wait staff was good. Disappointed.

Guadalajara used to be our go to place for Mexican food. However, they've made some changes to their menu items and it just isn't as good as it used to be. Their staff is great, food just isn't up to par.

Whenever we are in hundred miles or 50 miles away from this spot we always find a way or an excuse to come drink an ER Margarita it will make you feel better I suggest everyone who reads this take my advice and go here you won't be disappointed clean friendly fast and strong drinks it's all the things you dream of go there now and the food is to die for big portions and very very tasty

Pretty good food and drinks the steak was a little over charred for my liking but everything tasted good.

Nice place. Fajitas could've used more flavor, but not bad. $8.99 for a TINY plate of guacamole was a sticker shock, but was amazingly good. Will probably visit again.

Food was very flavorful. Very attentive servers which I so love. Busy place with a fun homey atmosphere. Great selection to chose from on the menu. Definitely would recommend. Will visit here again if in the area.

Upon my visit this evening I was treated with complete disrespect. Our waitress An-I had an terrible attitude , she kept rolling her eyes at me and my family. The other waiters and waitress were great and had exceptional service! I don’t know if I will be coming back if this does not get fixed.
